In short

Collecteur stores your catalogue on European servers. Your items, values and contacts are private by default — only what you set to public appears on your page.

AI analysis runs on your photos to identify objects and estimate values. Estimates are not appraisals and carry no guarantee.

Marketplace listings are published through your own connected accounts. Fees of the marketplace apply.

Your first 10 objects are free. Collecteur Pro then starts with a free month and renews weekly until cancelled in your App Store settings.

Community rules. Publish or share only what you have the right to. Collecteur has zero tolerance for objectionable content — sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or illegal material — and for abusive users. Report any page, object, folder or contact from that screen, in the app or on collecteur.ai, or write to support; we review every report, remove content that breaks these rules and close the accounts of those who post it.

These terms apply to the Collecteur iOS app and to collecteur.ai; together with the privacy policy they are what you accept when you create an account.

Apple's licence

If you got Collecteur from the App Store, your licence to use the app is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add the rules of our service. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the service or its content.

Free use and Collecteur Pro

Your first 10 objects are free, with no time limit. Collecteur Pro is a weekly auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple; the price is shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy. New subscribers get one free first month, once. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free month ends, or at confirmation of purchase if no free month applies. The subscription renews every week unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, and Apple handles payments and refunds. If Pro ends, your objects stay; adding more than the free 10 needs Pro again. AI processing is subject to a fair-use limit per account and week: when it is reached, AI actions pause until the reset shown in the app.

AI results

AI can be wrong. A value is an estimate — not an appraisal, a valuation certificate or an offer — and comes with no guarantee: check it before you buy, sell, insure or lend. The main picture of an object may be an AI rendering made from your photo; your own photos stay unchanged, and only they are ever sent to a marketplace.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You allow us to store and process it to run the service, including through the providers named in the privacy policy, and to show to others what you make public or share with them. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, publish or share, including photographs of artworks and the details of people you store.
